3. Al-Marqab Castle (Depending on Accessibility)

A towering medieval fortress with stunning views of the Mediterranean. Built by the Crusaders in the 12th century, it later became a Mamluk stronghold. Its black basalt stones and strategic hilltop location make it a fascinating stop for history lovers.

4. Burj Al-Sabi – Until 11:00 AM

An ancient watchtower offering panoramic views of the coastal landscape. Historically, it played a key role in guarding trade routes and providing a vantage point over the surrounding valleys.

5. Visit to Ugarit (Ras Shamra) – Until 1:00 PM

Explore the ruins of the ancient Ugaritic civilization, where the world's first alphabet was discovered. Wander through the remains of temples, palaces, and tombs, gaining insight into the rich history of this once-thriving Phoenician city.

6. Kassab (Cable Car, Chalma Peak, and Al-Samra) – Until 3:00 PM

8. Salah Al-Din Castle, a UNESCO-listed medieval Castle

one of the most remarkable historical sites in the whole Middle East. Captured by Saladin in 1188, the castle features impressive defensive structures, including a massive rock-carved moat, watchtowers, and an ancient palace. 

9. Overnight Stay in a Hotel in Mashqita

• Enjoy a peaceful night in a lakeside hotel, preparing for another day of exploration.

Day 2:

1. Departure from Mashqita - 8: 00 AM

Breakfast will be the traditional tandoori pastries called Manaquesh then get ready for a new day of coastal exploration.

2. Slenfeh (Nature, Local Market, and Zipline) – Until 2:00 PM

• A picturesque mountain town known for its refreshing climate, lush forests, and vibrant local market.
• Zipline Adventure: Thrill-seekers can experience an exciting zipline ride over the green valleys

3.  Jableh & Lunch at Al-Zouzo Restaurant – Until 5:00 PM

• Enjoy a delicious meal at one of Jableh’s best-known restaurants, overlooking the sea.

4.  Jableh Roman Theater – Until 6:00 PM

• A well-preserved Roman amphitheater dating back to the 2nd century AD, once hosting grand performances and public gatherings.

5. Tartous City & the Corniche

• Take a relaxing stroll along the lively Tartous Corniche, enjoying the sea breeze and the view of phoenician Arwad Island.

6. Departure to Damascus - 08:00 PM

Return to Damascus, wrapping up an unforgettable journey filled with history, nature, and adventure.
